GoMechanic, a well-known car servicing company based in Delhi NCR, is set to invest INR 100 Cr over the next two years to expand its two-wheeler service segment.

The company recently entered the two-wheeler market with its new service, ‘2Wheels,’ and has already set up service centers in key cities like New Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Mumbai, Thane, and Pune. With this new investment, GoMechanic aims to extend its reach to over 100 cities and onboard 1 million customers within the first year.

Highlighting the strategic nature of this move, the company noted that two-wheelers make up 75% of India’s total vehicle sales. However, the current two-wheeler servicing market is largely unorganized, with issues like non-standardized workshops, unskilled labor, and unverified spare parts. Pricing inconsistencies also add to customer frustrations.

To address these challenges, GoMechanic plans to offer services through trained professionals, ensure the use of genuine spare parts, and provide affordable, high-quality maintenance.

“Our goal is to make bike servicing as seamless as booking a cab—affordable, reliable, and just a few clicks away. This is a game-changer for millions of riders, and we are thrilled to lead this transformation,” said Himanshu Arora, Co-founder and CEO of GoMechanic.
